The BNR system has options to contain all used media and removed contaminants directly into drums for disposal with minimal operator contact, or re-cycle the media if the circumstances allow. Fine dust is collected into disposal drums.

Air is filtered with a H.E.P.A. filter prior to discharge.

Decontamination Equipment

Where required it is possible to blast the surface clean and contain all the residue with a BLAST N’ RECOVERY SYSTEM. Removes toxic coatings and surface contamination such as Lead Paint, Artex, Heavy Metals etc.

Utilising over 20 years experience of the Blast N’Vac and TGM, Total Grit Management, blast and vacuum systems, Abraclean® has developed the BNR range of blast and recovery units for use in the recovery of contaminated surface coatings and substrates.

If you need to remove a highly toxic coating and/or blast away and recover contaminated substrate we can build a BNR unit to suit your requirements.

Systems are already in wide spread use for the removal of lead paint, asbestos/Artex
and radioactive/nuclear contamination. Principally designed for use as wholly Pneumatically powered units, systems can be supplied for use with combined air/ electric power.
